Obituary for Patricia A. Locher (Hughes)
Patricia Ann Locher, 86, of Ocean Township, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 25th at Riverview Medical Center after a period of declining health. Born in Long Branch, she most currently split her time in Ocean Township, NJ and Delray Beach, FL. She so loved these places. She worked as a civil servant for many years at Fort Monmouth until her retirement.
She was predeceased by her longtime partner Richard Gallo, mother Naomi Randolph, brother Jack Randolph, sister Nancy and brother-in-law Howard Shaw and niece Patricia Randolph. She is survived by her nephew John Peter Randolph, Jr. and wife Terry.
There will be a grave side service held at 10 am on Tuesday, January 31st at Greenwood Cemetery in Brielle, NJ.
