Obituary for Mary Jane Larrison (Robbinson)

Mary Jane Larrison, 91, of Manchester, formerly of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away peacefully after a short illness on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, NJ. She was born and raised in Belmar, wintered in West Palm Beach, graduated from Manasquan High School then married and raised her family in Wall Township. Mary Jane was employed as a bookkeeper prior to raising her family. She was a master seamstress as well as an extensive traveler through the US and Europe. Mary Jane never refused an opportunity to take an RV trip, road trip, train trip or cruise. While in Florida, after her husband Robert passed, Mary Jane lived a very independent lifestyle up until her return to NJ nine months ago. She was a Daughter of the Nile at Amara Shriners in West Palm Beach, Florida where she donated her sewing skills to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Mary Jane was known for her wit, sarcasm and sense of humor – especially in her later years, she demonstrated an ever gracious, easy-going disposition.

Mary Jane predeceased by her husband, Robert in 1999, her parents, William and Adeline Robinson, her sister Wilma Frampton and son-in-law Rick Dracikiewicz. She is survived by a son Robert Larrison and Kathy Cappiello of Howell, a daughter Sally Dracikiewicz and Bernie Kastner of Manchester, a stepdaughter Karen Larrison of Toms River and many nieces and nephews.

At Mary Jane’s request, her body will be cremated.
