Obituary for Clayton Joseph D'Acquisto
Clayton Joseph D’Acquisto, precious baby boy of Kelsey Clayton and Gianni D’Acquisto, passed peacefully in his loving parents’ arms on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Monmouth Medical Center. Clayton was born on July 13, 2018. During his brief time here on Earth he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends.
Clayton is survived by his grandparents, Mary Pat Clayton and Gary Clayton, Sharon and Mike Geer; his great-grandparents, Marilynn Kryak, Doris Geer, Ron and Chris Kryak; his aunts and uncles, Megan and John Herbert, Tierney and Matt Park, Shane and Rob Clayton, Antonio D’Acquisto and Athena Geer; his cousins, Jack, Luke, and Kate Herbert, Mckenna and Emerson Park; his four legged sibling Juno.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 5-8pm at Orender Family Home for Funerals 2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in Clayton’s name to Monmouth Medical Center Foundation c/o Labor and Delivery Bereavement, Monmouth Medical Center Foundation c/o Perinatal & Pediatric Palliative Care Program, Jeremiah’s Journey, Joan’s Reach or Michael’s Feat.
